When you can't find what you're looking for

These past few weeks have been the hardest to experience.

Work pressures have caught up to me, I've been put in a place where I couldn't go home everyday and seek the comfort only my family can bring, I've lost faith, and health issues in my family have been raised.

I have felt so alone and so lonely. I didn't know what I was dealing with.

Just recently I have admitted to myself and to others that something might be wrong. Just last week, I've been searching for the internet for answers that people closest and nearest to my vicinity could not answer. I think I have Anxiety. Not just the adjective we learned in school but the real kind. The one you experience. The one you constantly have to fight.

Unfortunately, here in my hometown of Cagayan de Oro you cannot easily find a therapist/ guidance councilor/ spiritual adviser/ psychologist who can understand what you are going through and what you need but I will be very much willing to start dedicating myself to anyone who needs to talk and know that they have a way not to feel so alone and trapped.

Here are some YouTube videos with some people who have felt the same way I have these past few dark days and you have to know that  being depressed and overthinking doesn't mean you are crazy.
Your are not alone
You are not weird of crazy

I hope to post more of my compilations and things I've researched soon. In the mean time, comment any thoughts and feelings below. If you need to vent, go on. "It's okay to not be okay," as my current jam says.

Take good care of yourself. If fighting with your mind gets too tiresome and it make you feel insane, it's okay. A LOT of people have gone through that as well, trust me. I have had to scour the net but I have found some hope as I've found people who went through and are still going through this.

The rainy days are not gonna last forever. The sun will shine. Even if it hasn't yet, it will. And you can shine for someone else..

Blogging Bungalow

Hello everyone! Ever since our Marketing Management 59 subject introduced us to the world of blogging of Wix, I've always wanted to try it out. Now, I've decided to move and make this new site my main blog.

Thanks so much to Blogger for helping me start up a website unlike the 'listicle' type blogs such as Tumblr. I will continue on blogging and hopefully learn more as I go on. I will try to be as relevant and updated as I can be.

Find me and blog with me at The City of Friendship Fangirl a.k.a Kansha Guardian :)

Sincerely,
Jillian - The Happy Ending
