A lawyer? ME!?!

I have made up my mind about NOT proceeding to law. My road to becoming a CPA has not even been walked half the way and it's been hard on me so far. I've cried and lost my confidence but God has been there to get me through my first semester. ^___________^

Now after watching Zenkai Girl, it gave me some thoughts on the things I could do, the people I could help if I did proceed. The first half showed Wakaba (Aragaki Yui) being the achiever and successful career-woman. I thought to myself, "I'd want that lifestyle. Go travel around the world, be rich, happy, successful and be of service to others." But then came episode 9. It showed that a lawyer isn't always on the good side. They have to fight for the company they are working for, even if that company is in the wrong. It hurt me to see the justice that God taught us to give and fight for can be misused so much if there were money and power.

So maybe I will, or maybe not but in God's time I'll decide.

This was supposed to be a comedy!

Well here I am. It was our semestral break and I wanted to watch some shows on the romance-comedy pages and I stumbled upon the movie Despicable Me and the Japanese drama Zenkai Girl. No, Despicable Me had no romance in it but I wanted to watch it. ^^

They were so funny at first but then to my shock (I hadn't prepared tissues or anything, all I had was my blanket and towel I used to wipe my hair with after a bath.) it was a drama scene coming right at me. OH NO.

Last night I downloaded the movie on my phone and I wanted a good laugh before sleeping. I ended up tearing up 3 times and being teary-eyed once :|

The first tear came from the time when Agnes gave Gru her piggy bank money. It was so sweeeeeeet. :(( Then everyone tagged along. When he read the kittens story, I cried AGAIN.

Then when he read his own story, major TEARS. TT________TT Then I had a good night's sleep. ^_^

Zenkai Girl's episode 8 had the same theme, a father's love. <3 I liked this drama. I got hooked and it wasn't only because my boyfriend Ryo was in it. (Yes he does NOT know I exist.)

I am always a sucker for 'family bonds and hard-working dads' sotries. T_T

I cried so much I'm glad my parents weren't there to see me watch this episode. HAHAHA!

Sometimes I feel like my parents are so ungreatful to me.

Whenever they see me on the computer they ask me, "Have you studied?" I read a whole chapter 6 times already what am I supposed to do, never set foot near the computer ever again?? I feel like they only use my grades and awards to show off to their friends and I really hate that. It makes me feel like I'm obligated to keep a good reputation. It's like they're pressuring me so much! They blab about me being a scholar and all that when I didn't even want a single other soul to know. It's just my way of keeping things to myself.

Last summer I wasn't even allowed to sleep past 9 PM because I'm 'addicted' to the Internet. They should be thankful that I don't go out and drink, smoke or do drugs. I think I deserved to stay up all night considering my performance in school.

I want God to know that I'm happy but i have HUGE issues with my family. I don't want Him to take them away from me but there were times when I felt like a girl my age shouldn't be dealing with most of the heavy problems in my family.
